Payments via Stripe or PayPal for agreed invoices. The marketing site has no checkout or card-data collection. ## How it works Connect authorized camera feeds; surface candidates for queues, dock activity, retail operations, safety review and vehicle access; let authorized people verify and act. Compatibility, detectors, accuracy and integrations require validation. The service is not an emergency response system or a substitute for human judgment. ## Data and access On-premises customer footage and video metadata remain in the customer-controlled environment; iOn does not provide a central archive for that setup. Optional cloud deployments require provider, location, storage, retention and access terms before activation. Business correspondence, billing and website technical records are separate. No universal anonymous-tracking or instant-deletion claim is made. Facial recognition, biometric templates and individual emotion inference are prohibited by the terms. Namecheap hosts the website; Cloudflare provides registration and current traffic/security services. The enquiry helper prepares a local email draft; the visitor sends it in their email app. USD/GBP preference is stored for the browser session. Login links to app.i-onintel.com; the public site does not authenticate users. ## Policies Effective 17 September 2026.
