1. Who is responsible

iOn Intelligence is operated by i-on Intel LLC, 548 Bellehurst Dr, Montgomery, Alabama 36109, USA. Telephone: +1 (205) 605-9991. General enquiries, support and privacy: [email protected]. Billing, cancellations and refunds: [email protected].

i-on Intel LLC is controller for its own website, business enquiries and administrative records. Customer video deployments are separate: the organization deciding the monitoring purpose is normally the controller, and iOn may act as a processor under an agreement. This notice does not replace a customer’s camera notice or an application-specific notice.

3. Enquiry form

The form prepares an email draft locally in your browser. Preparing or copying it does not send it to us. You choose whether to send it with your email application. We receive information when you send an email or contact us through another channel.

Providing information is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact and scoping details to respond. Do not include camera credentials, sensitive recordings or card details. The website has no footage upload function.

4. Recipients and providers

Namecheap hosts the website. Cloudflare is the domain registrar and, on the checked public site, also delivers and protects traffic. They can process technical connection data. Authorized staff and providers of business email, IT support, accounting and professional advice may handle information for the stated purposes.

Stripe and PayPal handle payment information when you pay an agreed invoice through them. They may process payer, transaction, fraud-prevention and legally required information under their own notices. We receive the records needed to reconcile the invoice and support the transaction, not full card numbers through this website.

Relevant information may be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights, investigate misuse, or in a business transaction with appropriate protections. We have not added advertising trackers or data-sale integrations to this website.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain enquiry/support records while responding and as reasonably needed for the resulting relationship, unresolved issues or legal claims. Criteria include purpose, whether the enquiry remains active, the service term, applicable limitation periods and legal holds. Information should be deleted or anonymized when those reasons end.

Orders and accounting records are retained for the legally required period relevant to the transaction. Hosting/security log retention depends on provider configuration and security needs. Ask [email protected] about the period applicable to your record.

Currency preference remains in session storage for the browser tab’s session, subject to browser restoration. Clear site data or change the preference to reset it. Customer video, plates, evidence and metadata require an explicit deployment schedule; no universal instant-deletion claim is made.

6. Customer video and metadata

Our on-premises approach leaves storage of customer footage and video metadata under the customer’s control; iOn does not provide a central archive for that deployment. Cloud deployment is also available and may require storage in the agreed cloud environment. Its provider, location, access and deletion terms must be set in the deployment agreement before use. These statements concern customer video data, not correspondence, invoices or technical website logs.

Support access or an approved evidence export can involve separate processing. The scope, authorization and retention must be agreed first. Do not submit camera footage using the website enquiry helper.

7. International handling

We are based in the United States. Contacting us may involve information being handled in the US. Hosting, security and communication providers can also operate internationally.

Where a regulated transfer needs safeguards, the relevant lawful mechanism must be established, such as applicable adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards with required assessments. We do not claim transfer-framework certification. Provider locations and executed safeguards must be confirmed before UK/EEA personal-data deployments; request details from [email protected].

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or information about our processing. You can withdraw consent where it is used, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation, and to direct marketing at any time. Send requests to [email protected]. Proportionate identity verification may be needed.

For UK/EEA requests we respond without undue delay, normally within one calendar month. A lawful extension for complex or numerous requests will be explained within the initial period. Other jurisdictions’ applicable deadlines and exceptions apply.

US residents may have additional state-law rights where the relevant law applies, including appeal or authorized-agent rights. We do not operate targeted advertising or advertising sale/sharing integrations on this site.

9. Complaints

Contact [email protected] with concerns. You can also complain to the UK ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, Ireland’s Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie, or the competent authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. You need not contact us first.

10. Security, children and automation

Use HTTPS and do not send passwords or card details by email. Business information must be accessed only for authorized purposes; no system guarantees absolute security.

This business website is not directed to children. Contact us if a child has submitted personal information. The marketing site makes no solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Video analytics require separate scoping and human review; identifiers are not necessarily anonymous because facial recognition is absent.

11. Changes

Effective date: 17 September 2026. Changes to tracking, application functions, providers or payment collection require this notice to be reviewed before they go live. Material changes receive additional notice where required.
