1. What we deliver
We supply software access, configuration and implementation for an agreed scope in the USA, United Kingdom and Ireland, subject to technical suitability and lawful supply. Enquiries do not activate a service. No physical products are sold through this website.
2. Activation and setup
The written order confirms activation dates or milestones before payment. Paid-service delivery begins after acceptance and required access, compatibility checks and any agreed initial payment are complete. Free-trial access requires no setup or subscription payment. Bespoke integrations and on-premises installations are separately scheduled.
The free trial lasts seven consecutive calendar days from confirmed activation. We tell you its start and end dates. Trial duration is not a promise that all integrations can be installed in seven days. We communicate delays affecting the agreed setup date and available options.
3. Access delivery
Authorized contacts receive agreed onboarding instructions. Workspace access is provided for designated users. Remote configuration and on-site work are included only where stated in the order.
Check the sender and application address before entering credentials. Report missing invitations to [email protected] without sending a password.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide authorized, compatible feeds and the required network permissions.
- Nominate a contact to coordinate access, scheduling and acceptance.
- Complete lawful-basis, privacy notice, processing agreement and retention arrangements before using personal-data feeds.
- Tell us promptly about site or scope changes that affect delivery.
5. Charges and physical goods
Pilot: up to 15 cameras at one site, USD $499 one-time setup and from USD $199/month, or GBP £399 one-time setup and from GBP £149/month. Business / Multi-site: up to 40 cameras total across up to three sites, USD $999 one-time setup and from USD $299/month, or GBP £799 one-time setup and from GBP £299/month. One Business setup fee covers all three included sites together, with no extra setup fee per site. The monthly base package also covers the included sites together. Enterprise is custom quoted. GBP prices are fixed, not live currency conversions.
Seven-day free trial; no automatic paid conversion. Setup and subscription are charged only after you accept the paid order.
Setup includes compatibility checks, connection and workflow configuration, and onboarding. The order identifies any additional integrations, travel, infrastructure or storage charges and applicable taxes before acceptance. No hidden shipping fee is added by this website.
Hardware is outside the current website offer. Any future hardware order must identify supplier, destinations, shipping cost, delivery estimate, import responsibilities and returns before purchase.
6. Acceptance, delays and non-delivery
The accepted order identifies how access or work will be demonstrated and accepted. Report missing access or incomplete milestones to [email protected]. Billing adjustments and refund requests go to [email protected].
If agreed work cannot be delivered, we discuss a revised schedule or cancellation of the affected undelivered work. The cancellation/refund policy and mandatory rights govern refunds; an estimated schedule does not remove those rights.
